For this reason, order preparation times may take up to 14 working days from payment confirmation.

This time is necessary to ensure quality, complete drying of the materials and safe packaging.

Shipping via standard courier

Once preparation is complete, the order is entrusted to a standard courier.

• Estimated delivery time: 12-14 working days (variable based on processing and destination)

• Tracking: When available, a tracking code will be provided

• Delivery: to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process

 

Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to variations not attributable to the seller (holidays, strikes, weather conditions, periods of high demand).

Packaging

Products damaged during transport

If the product is damaged during shipping, the customer is required to report the incident within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.
