Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written communication via email to the address indicated in the site's contact information, specifying:

• name and surname

• order number

• product(s) being returned

 

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned:

• intact, unused and undamaged

• complete with all original elements

• carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport

Since these are handcrafted products, slight imperfections, variations in color or texture are not to be considered defects, but rather distinctive characteristics of the uniqueness of the product and do not constitute grounds for return.

 

3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• customized products or products made to the customer's specific request

• products damaged due to misuse, neglect or tampering

• products returned after the 14-day deadline

 

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or damage during transport.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as the seller is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return.

 

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

The refund will only cover the price of the product, excluding any initial shipping costs.

 

6. Damaged or non-compliant products

If the product received is damaged or non-compliant, the customer is required to report it within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.

After verification, one of the following solutions will be agreed upon:

• product replacement (if available)

• full refund

• other solution agreed with the customer
